1. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that’s damaged or faulty, we’re happy to assist.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, make sure:

The item is unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with tags.

You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

2. Change of Mind
If it's just a change of heart or personal preference, unfortunately, refunds or exchanges are not available.
But don’t worry—you can still reach out to us with your concerns. We're always ready to listen! 📱
3. Refund & Exchange Process

Refunds/exchanges are processed within 7 working days if the received item doesn't match what you ordered.

If we couldn’t fulfill your prepaid order, a full refund will be issued directly to your bank account within 7 working days.
4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please use a traceable method (courier or registered post).

Returns must be sent within 7 working days of reporting the issue.

Please do not tape or sticker the original box.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
