Return & Exchange Policy

1. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that’s damaged or faulty, we’re happy to assist.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, make sure:

  • The item is unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

  • Send us pictures and a short video of the issue via WhatsApp at +92 335 4613449.


2. Change of Mind
If it's just a change of heart or personal preference, unfortunately, refunds or exchanges are not available.
But don’t worry—you can still reach out to us with your concerns. We're always ready to listen! 📱


3. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Refunds/exchanges are processed within 7 working days if the received item doesn't match what you ordered.

  • If we couldn’t fulfill your prepaid order, a full refund will be issued directly to your bank account within 7 working days.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please use a traceable method (courier or registered post).

  • Returns must be sent within 7 working days of reporting the issue.

  • Please do not tape or sticker the original box.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Returns Address
The return address will be shared with you directly via WhatsApp once your return is approved.
